Rubber hoses are usually composed of an inner rubber layer, a reinforcement layer, and an outer rubber layer:
Inner rubber layer: In direct contact with the conveying medium, materials such as corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant nitrile rubber (NBR) and fluororubber (FKM) are selected;
Reinforcement layer: using high tension fibers (such as aramid) or steel wire weaving/winding structure to enhance compressive and tensile properties;
Outer rubber layer: mainly weather resistant and anti-aging EPDM or chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) to resist external environmental erosion.
